With an area of 100 square meters, distributed in three bedrooms, one double and two doubles respectively, two bathrooms and a large kitchen-living room  with direct access to the porch. The living room - kitchen has a 40" flat screen SmarTV  and a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and small appliances such as a coffee maker or toaster, as well as its own kitchenware for its capacity. It has a porch with a terrace and views of the pool.
